SyncProgress is a web based service designed to help you manage your agile team. Usually software development teams (although we can help many types of team) with one or more members who work remotely (off-site/from home). SyncProgress keeps you up to date with what your team is working on with reminders and tracking. SyncProgress also provides reporting and integrations to your other tools to simplify team management.
SyncProgress asks your team daily, "What did you do today?" and tracks their responses, giving you a nice overview ready for your daily standup meeting every day. SyncProgress also connects to your other services, such as Github, to provide extra functionality such as pull request reminders and more reporting.
SyncProgress is currently in "Alpha" stages of development. This means that there are more features and improvements being added all the time. During Alpha, current features are all working however they are subject to change (improvements!) and things like the UI may change slightly over time. During Alpha we offer reduced prices for our premium plans and welcome user feedback to help shape the future of the product.
SyncProgress currently provides a full reminder and tracking system for agile teams. Daily update reminders via email and slack plus the standup views. We also provide a team mood board
(or "niko-niko" report) and progress frequency reports. SyncProgress also includes integration to Github to remind members of their outstanding pull requests.
We're currently developing many features to be included over the coming weeks such as more reports, Bitbucket & Gitlab integrations, a more interactive Slack bot, integrations to Trello & Intercom plus many other UI and general improvements.
Yes! SyncProgress is available for free for small teams (up to 4 members). You get all the core functionality of the product.
Currently the paid plans allow more team members, plus multi-team management and extra reporting. We may decide in future to make some of the integrations part of the paid plans as well.
We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We use a third party payment provider with bank-level security and 256-bit encryption. We never store your credit card details on our servers (and have no access to them!) and never share your information. If you'd like more information about our secure processor, please visit Stripe.com
No contract at all! You can sign up quickly and easily and cancel at any time. When you cancel, you'll have access to premium features until the end of the period you paid for and then will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.
If you change your subscription to a more expensive plan, we will automatically prorate the difference in cost and charge that amount at the point of the upgrade. If you downgrade or cancel your plan, you will retain access to all the benefits of the plan until the end of your current paid for period.
